Who wrote, "If ever two were one than surely we"?

from Donna Diaz (ddiaz@hoaghospital.org)
Trying to find author of this poem.

If ever two were one than surely we If ever man loved by wife than thee

Compare with me any other woman if you can

I prize thy love more than the whole mines of gold...of all the riches that the east doth hold

My love is such that rivers cannot quinch nor ort, but love from thee give repenpense
