Mortgage Arrears Admin Charges

I have a client who is being charged an arrears charge of #30 per month for each of their mortgage accounts. The lender has replied to my complaint about this charge by stating that this is normal among all lenders. Perhaps users of this site could give me an indication of what sort of admin charges they have experienced other lenders charging and what they consider the norm.
