I have recieved a letter asking me to attend to court for proof of earnings and outgoings, I had my house repossessed over a year ago and have moved three times since, they are sending mail to my old address which I have been recieving however they do not know that I have recieved the letter should I ignore the court summons and claim that I never got the letter or should I attend court for the 'oral examination' and deal with the consequences. Also how much is the minimum if I attend that I could offer to pay back,, look forward to hearing from you..(posted 8798 days ago)With thanks
