Has anyone had dealings with Property Services Partnership Collection Ltd? They always seem to be changing their PO Box no. and telephone no.(posted 8733 days ago)They are collecting the shortfall from our mortgage company albeit a tiny amount each month.
Do these collection agencies BUY the debt off mortgage lenders and do they actually have any rights?
We returned the keys to the property on 1st Dec.1990.
