There are many Questions in this one-first we presume it was a joint mortgage-you agreed to pay your part of the debt without Question! What made you do this? or action? You state your partner has not replied to there letters-can you be sure on this point? Do you work and your partner does not? Does your partner have less income than you?(posted 8702 days ago)The main Point i am getting at is you have made a Statement and you want answers-nothing wrong with that. Suggest you go and see a Solicitor on this one and get him to clarify the above Many of these Questions seem easy at first-but as i have shown you the law does not work that way if only it did in these cases!
