Greatweb site -(posted 8620 days ago)I have taken advise to question the marketing of the property reposessed, but have been told that this is not available twice stating that the lender has a duty to keep write offs down to a minimum. That doesnt make sense - they havent written off anything - yet. However I did get a statement of completion with estate agents fees in excess of 5%. Should I now try and get insurance payout details or the rest of the completion details? It appears that they are getting a bit fed up!
