Tried to contact the building society but the guy I wanted had gone home for the day (FRIDAY) Another question, sorry to be a pain..... As I now have all the cash to pay the arrears and bring the mortgage account up to date, and should the building society refuse to lift the possession order AND should the District Judge refuse to amend his order what are the chances of me suggesting to him that as all arrears have now been paid to let me stay in the house PROVIDING I (a) keep up the mortgage payments AND (b) let the building society sell the house through their agency with me still in residence.(posted 8588 days ago)Thanks
