No, I wish I had, but it was confirmed in writing to my solicitors
that the Rights of Subrogation under which I was been hounded were
detailed in the MIG. This would make sense, given that most
mortgage Terms & Conditions do not detail Rights of Subrogation and it
is a legal enactment which requires contractual Law to back it up.
