On receiving a letter from DLA threatening court and subsequently getting more advice from this site, I wrote back listing every date I had previously requested documents and asking for them again to substantiate their claim (as they'd have to show me them in the end).(posted 8478 days ago)Today I have received a letter from DLA to say that they are considering my comments and taking their client's further instructions and will contact me in due course.
Has anyone received letters like this? Should I respond? What does it mean?
Any answers will help me not to expect a summons through the post anyday!
