Is it possible to sell my property to a buyer and have the arrears paid off from the proceeds of the sale along with the full oustanding balance of the mortgage and the secured loan? My property has been sold after a long time on the market and i am worried that the lenders will refuse because of the arrears but it is strange to refuse becasue it is in their interest to sell the property because they will get all their money back plus the arrears, isn't it?(posted 8393 days ago)Thanks.
