This all sounds very familiar to me. Try as I might I cannot seem to get anything at all to prove the debt even exists!!! I am on my third lot of solicitors as well as a debt agency who have written to me.(posted 8360 days ago)I keep asking for proof of the debt and proof of my liability and get nothing, not even a reference to my request.
