I don't think anyone is 100% sure of the correct answer to your question, but DLA will probably claim whatever suits them.(posted 8355 days ago)I would just write back with "We note that you are refusing to supply any of the documents listed below, because you say they are irrelevent. Please explain." Then list all the documents you have asked for that they haven't supplied.
This will show the judge ( if you go to court, that is), how unhelpful they are, and their failure to comply with the Woolf reforms.
