I have written to this site before, and have found it so reassuring. Could someone please help with some advice in what to do next? I have been writing to DLA for over a year, letters going back & forth - the usual threats of court. Back in Sep 00, I did send my I & E to them, ( I had not found this site then). I have asked & asked for all the documents I require, but still nothing, so in my last letter I quoted the CPR to them, and that I have a right to all documents I have requested. They completely ignored my request (yet again) and have asked for my I & E form saying they will not tolerate any further delay.(posted 8317 days ago)So if I say I sent it last Sep 00 they will ask for a copy,and say they did not receive it then. But if I did not send it, how come its taken them over a year to ask for it. If I ignore it they will say I am ignoring their comments.
Please advise, I am so confused
