We see conflicting views over whether unauthorised *searches* are legal or illegal. Not all searches are visible (at least allegedly) to other searchers. therefore, I've heard it claimed, these searches do not need to be authorised by the person who is the subject of the search.(posted 8226 days ago)If I get reliable info on this I will post it.
