I believe that in the recent Halifax case [where Halifax *the bank* lost]the judge noted that Halifax had failed in its duty to obtain the best price. According to the Guardian's report (by Tony Levene) Halifax declined to comment on this aspect of the court judgement. Mmmmmm.
