I posted here for advice on the 21st October and would just like you to know that I have just received written confirmation that they are accepting £1,345 in full and final settlement of my mortgage shortfall (originally they were looking for £10,748)!(posted 8165 days ago)I think I will frame the letter and hang it on the wall.
