Im Buying My first house, it's a repossession.(posted 8145 days ago)Who do I contact about clearing the Blacklist given on the address of this house ?
I also need to sort out the water, Gas & Electric! Got any clues where to start? Will they be contacting me for billing, meter readings etc..? I know nothing!
