I Noticed further down the board that AN have been sending out sympathetic letters telling shortfall debtors that they are now volunteering to settle using the valuation at repossession, rather than sale(they have a heart,don't they).(posted 8122 days ago)Does this not leave them open to an allegation of neglect of duty ,in not getting the best price in the first instance.Is there anyone with a better understanding of the law out there who has an opinion on this ?
