Response to BBC Radio 4's You & Yours - Halifax Mortgage Shortfall

I am happy to supply our details whereby Halifax's solicitors
Addleshaw Booth contacted us 6 years and 1 month after our house
was repossesse in Feb 1995. They claim they are within the 6 year
period because they sold the house at a lower price than they had
previously refused from a buyer we had found over 1 year earlier
in June 1995 and claim that the 6 years starts from then.
