Thanks for the response I don't understand the bit about "not sucessfully resisting their attempts to sue" tho. Could you explain further?(posted 8037 days ago)I also understand the concern about the housing market too, but the house I have put in an offer for is a bit of a "spec" house & the mortgage would be cheaper than the rent I pay now. I also feel that I need to get back on the housing ladder.
