I have SARN'd the Brittania or BDR and they sent back the information (big bundle - makes not a lot of sense!) and basically I don't know what to do next. I would like to negotiate a settlement figure but don't know how to go about it. Do I contact them? How can I clarify the figure owed? Some of the paperwork sent to me mentions amounts being written off. Does this mean anything? None of our local solicitors seem to deal with this sort of thing.
