Having Sarn'd both the Halifax and Addleshaw Booth, the halifax have acknowledged my request and have sent a letter saying they will send info requested within the 40 days, however Addleshaws are being difficult 1/ When i requested a sarn for both of us (husband & I) they took two weeks to write back asking who we wanted the info on myself OR my husband !!!!!! 2/ Then sent another letter asking if I was aware that I had already Sarn'd the Halifax !!!!!(posted 7961 days ago)Are they just wasting my time or can I actually do something about this. In my last letter to them, I did point out that I was sarning them as I wanted to be prepared for my court appearance. (was this a good move ????)
