Would you care to elaborate on how your company can chase for money
after a bankruptcy has been discharged? If the mortgage shortfall
amount was included in the list of creditors, (for the full amount of
the claim,) my understanding (and experience is that) they absolutely
cannot revisit the debt after a certificate of discharge has been
issued. I'm with John on this one I am afraid. After 11 years of hell
they will get a penny only over my dead body.
