I don't know why it is that a site specifically set up to help the victims of house or flat repossession should attract so many IDIOTS who either can't understand the English language, or are simply too lazy to bother to read the various sections of the site and threads in this forum and realise that THIS IS NOT A SITE TO HELP BARGAIN HUNTERS LOOKING TO EXPLOIT OTHER PEOPLE'S MISFORTUNE.(posted 7923 days ago)In absolutely no way shape or form does purchasing repossessed property at a below market price help those who have had their homes taken away from them. The only people who benefit are those who manage to purchase a discounted property because of the dishonest behaviour of lenders and estate agents.
Nobody has a list of repossessed properties to give you. Such lists simply don't exist, or if they do the only people with them atr the lenders. Do the genuine people posting here a favour, call, write to, email the Halifax, Abbey National, Nationwide, etc., and pester them not us!
