I understand that while in dispute re a shortfall no lender will consider me for a new mortgage as I'll be on the reposession list. If I negotiate a "full and final settlement" will my name be taken off the reposession list allowing me to make a fresh start mortgage wise?(posted 7896 days ago)Any advice appreciated.
