I am in a similar position, except that I knew at the time that this was going on. Friends and relations tried to view the house and the viewings were cancelled at the last minute. I knew that the first offer was by a relative or employee of Halifax and compained as there were no particulars and no adverts in the paper. I managed to get the offer increased on the house, but asked for this to be investigated, and now I have found on my SARN that nobody ever investigated it at all.(posted 7891 days ago)I'm hoping someone can give me some advice on where this will get me too!
