We are going to court soon for an allocation hearing(for the judge to decide i guess where it goes from there)(posted 7893 days ago)does anyone have any experience of this? and could you possibly advise..(have sarn'd and questioned loads of stuf some questions still unanswered) . I have offered £1000 halifax refused and are going for full amount £38,000 plus interest totalling £61,000 plus.
any advice would be great!!!
