Geoff(posted 7831 days ago)Can you shed some light on your stement about it being definately 6 years for a subrogated debt, i.e. the MIG portion.
There have been many discussions on this and this is what is beleived but there seems to be no case law to support it and the limitations act is very vague.
I truely believe it to be only 6 years.
