Fantastic Tracy. If your settlement letter says that the matter is
closed for the RSA too then you are free and clear. Good for you.
Some not so lucky people have settled with the Lender not realising
that the MIG Co can chase them despite their agreement with the
Lender. Doesn't apply to you though, from what you say :-)
