DPA Subject Access Consultation Paper

The Lord Chancellor has a consultation paper regarding DPA Subject Access;

Interesting set of questions for data subjects and data controllers.

I think that when people respond to this consultation paper, they should consider the issues of;

Not being provided with ALL data Meaningless questions Fee's Data Controllers withholding data MIG's Identity/source of data Not to mention credit reference agency issues.

I also think personally that the law needs to be changed, to make it a criminal offence not to comply with all aspects of a SARN.
