Sorry to learn of your problems. Have you tried contacting your MP, some of them can be helpful. At the moment I am in contact with Ruth Kelly the Treasury Minister pushing the Mortgage Shortfall e-petition (www.petition-them.com) and the plight of MS victims, I think it might not be a bad idea if you wrote to her (via your MP) and show her what's going on in your case. It might not be a bad idea to contact the Office of Fair Trading too, although I'm not too sure how much they have in the way of teeth. Make sure you read the Home Repo site thoroughly too, particularly the Do's and Don'ts section, whatever you do don't acknowledge the debt. Let us know how you get on.
