I've tried before to find out about Scottish Law as regards repo and mortgage shortfalls for various people, but found it strangely difficult, IŽll have another go. Over a million people have suffered from repossession/shortfalls during the last 10 years or so, so donŽt feel you're alone. I'll come back to you again ASAP.
