JDL Holdings reply to real address

I wrote to JDL Holdings asking them why they are using a PO Box address,instead of the real trading address.They replied that they were perfectly entitled to use a PO Box as it is entirely secure.They went on to say because they have a registered address at the bottom of the letter it complies with the relevent regulations.However the real trading address isnt any where on thier letters Can anyone comment on this for me?
