I made a complaint against DLA (one of the Abbey's henchmen) for not supply info as per my SARN. The Information wrote to me and have condirmed that they DLA have not complied with the Data Protection but that that in itself does not constitute a criminal offence etc etc. They are now going to contact DLA and ask them to comply and if they don't they may then take further action.(posted 7736 days ago)So, one up for me, in that it will I suppose discredit DLA if I get to court.
But that's about it, I guess.
