I've recently received this from a solicitor....(posted 7603 days ago)"I saw an old posting about the CML shortfall code and the ABI. I have recently checked the latest version of the code (March 2002) and it specifically says (in bold) the the ABI agree to abide by it. Also, it says that all subscribers to the Mortagge Code who are not CML members have also agreed to accept the acode. This can be found on the CML website."
