Hi All,(posted 7578 days ago)I'm being pursued by the Woolwich/CIS for an alleged shortfall debt on a repossessed property. I have followed the advice on this site and sarn'd every involved.
I have also requested a copy of the mortgage deed from the Woolwich (talk to organ grinder rather than the monkies) but so far have not heard from them. As I understand from information on this site, without a copy of this deed they have no basis for pursuing me for this alleged debt. Is this correct? If so, should I write and tell them this?
