I don't think you'll find any such list. I would suggest you also advise CABs and council specialist advice units which is where people with such problems often go. You could also advise the building societies and banks. I sincerely hope that these investors you speak of will, if it is necessary, purchase the properties for a FAIR price, and not take advantage.
