Here's the question:(posted 7402 days ago)Bob got a automobile installment loan throught the local city credit unios. Bod wasn't able to pay is monthly payments and the credit unios reposed his car. He owed $6,430, the car auctioned for $6,000. Bob still owes $430 dollars, he says he dosn't because he made payment towards his car and now he has no car.
The question is if the credit union entitled to recover the $430?
