Wellcome repo

from Jane (andyandjane2001@yahoo.co.uk)
Futher tomy earlier post, i was wondering, if wellcome want to make an appointment for a valuer to visit the house, am i by law obliged to let them have access? i haven't had time today to look into any info, but my friend said she saw something once on t.v about a woman who continually refused the loan company's valuer to have access to her property, and it took months for everything to get sorted out, which by the time it was sorted, the woman had sold the property, which brings me to another question, would we be able to put the house on the market before Wellcome got everything in order, ie;court order for reposession etc? that way, if we made enough on the house, which by all accounts we think we would, we could give them the full amount of the loan, minus the payments we have already paid. any suggestions greatly appreciated, thanks Jane.
