Hi to everyone I've been reading all the comments above with interest.. I have to say that when my original debt was passed from my lender to Wescot (and I am to blame for that, no excuses) I did find them to be very rude, aggressive and not always forthcoming with information. However once I'd sent in my proof of income and made an acceptable offer, I have had no problems at all. in fact the last time I telephoned to check on my balance, the person I spoke to was polite and efficient.(posted 7374 days ago)I suppose my situation is a lot less complicated than some others (whose debts may not even be theirs!) but there you go.
Oh and regaridng the so-called 'guys from Wescot'. I don't beleive for one minute that they are actual Wescot employees. More likely they are kids with nothing better to do with their lives.
