You will need to attend court and explain your situation to the judge - you will likely be given a suspended possession order under the Norgan rules.(posted 7311 days ago)If you do not attend the judge has no option but to give an unsuspended possession order with possession 28 days later - be warned!!!
Trying to play the court system by delaying the hearing will only result in a firmer hand being taken - judges are used to people "trying it on".
You will have sustantial costs to pay as a result of the hearing - the court fee alone is £150 and the solicitors charges are likely to be about £500 or so.
