you will have to tell us more if you want advice. Was there a shortfall ...have you admitted liability....have you SARNED them?????

Post more details of your situation and follow the advice on the site. If you want to progress this then the first thing you do is your SARN letters to the lender and whoever sold/marketed your house.

Remember to send your SARN letters Recorded Delivery and do NOT admit any liability if you have not already done so!
