bb and drydens what do i do now?

We have been dealing with drydens since about 2001.I wish i had found this sight sooner.We were advised to fill in all forms given and make regular payments £50 a month not realising what this would mean.we owe 15000 and have offered them 3000 which they have turned down wanting "substantially "more.We have no paperwork from them about the flat so what should i ask for?They are now asking for £100 a month,should i stop paying?They say the wont except my offer because i have equity in my new home.Can they make me sell,i have a 9 year old.all help gratfully received .claire
