I know I've asked a lot a questions before but can someone please clarify for me how my husbands ex-wife can hand their house keys into Halifax when there were no arrears, and without his permission or knowledge even though his name was on the deeds? We are being chased for the shortfall after she made a minimal payment to them back in 1996.(posted 7193 days ago)Kind Regards
