Purple Delta 400

TF-4 is an alkaline fixer made by Photographers
Formulary (http://www.montana.com/formulary/) and
available from many specialty photo dealers. This
is the best fixer for film I have found. I don't
use it for paper because, in my experience, it
causes staining of the prints. Paper needs an acid
stop and fix, although I don't use hardener.
