Kip is right. T-Max 400CN is a chromogenic film, and its archival properties should be the same as color negative film. I have some 12-year-old Ilford XP-1 that still looks good and prints well. As I remember, the expected life for chromogenic films is about 25 years.(posted 9627 days ago)
