Response to Facing problem to process Infrared Film

By "foggy" do you mean that the film edge, that should be clear, isn't? If so, then you possibly haven't taken the proper precautions with the IR film. The Kodak film is very sensitive, and need metal cameras and processing tanks. The Ilford film (SFX 200) is less sensitive.
