Kit, I looked at your post today at work and came back to respond when I got home. We really need more answers to questions. Are you scanning the photos as greyscale? I would assume that you are scanning them as RGB. Are you using a three color ribbon or a four color ribbon. When I first started using the Kodak Dye Sub printers I was outputting everything all wrong because I was used to an inkjet printer. What software program are you using. I use photoshop 5 for all of my outputs, but that really shouldn't make any difference in printing quality.(posted 9178 days ago)Don't know when you will see this but e-mail me at the above or fred.deaton@msfc.nasa.gov--this should be a simple problem to solve.
