Response to Contrast problem with TechPan

It seems Alan Gibson has already answered the theoretical part of this at "http://www.greenspun.com/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-msg.tcl?msg_id=000Atj".
If I don't hear from anybody, I'll just assume an increase of 1 1/2 minutes in development time will be a good starting point to raise the contrast.
