I have used 120 (plus-x, TCN and Provia) rolls "as they are" in my Browine Hawkeye. I have to use a 620 spool on the take-up side, but placing a factory 120 spool on the supply side doesn't seem to really matter in this camera.(posted 9225 days ago)Just remember to get the 620 spool back from the lab for next time...
You can also get a few types of film in 620 format (spools and all) from Film for Classics (I haven't yet, but I am getting tired of slitting 120 to make 127.)
